1. The kind of information we will collect about you

The billing address is used by the Credit Card system to verify your credit or debit card. Credit card payment system will require additional information from you:

- number of your credit/debit card
- date of expiry
- CVV/CVC2 number
Credit card payment is your Administrator of personal data do deliver payment process.

When you place an order via our system, it gathers the following information:

The information collected automatically might be used for an analysis conducted to optimise our system and improve the quality of the content of our site.

3. Making changes and removing your personal data from our system
If you want to change your data while your order is being realised, please, contact us at biuro@lignumsoft.pl
The information once used in a transaction cannot be removed or changed because they become a part of an invoice.
If you registered your account in our system, you can change your data at any time by logging into it and using editing functions in the user panel. For the future transactions your new data will be used.
An account can be always removed from our system. If you want to do it, write us a mail using the e-mail address that you used while registering the account. Our employees will remove your account and inform you about it in a mail.
4. Use of cookies
Our site functionalities (such as “cart” function) require use of cookies. If your browser doesn’t allow cookies you won’t be able to put an order through our system.
5. Changes of privacy policy
At any time we can introduce changes into our privacy policy by publishing them on this site.
